Vice President Bawumia Commends President Akufo-Addo’s Legacy at NPP Manifesto Launch

Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has lauded President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his remarkable contributions to Ghana during his tenure, predicting that his legacy will be remembered for positively impacting millions of lives across the nation.

Speaking at the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) manifesto launch in Takoradi, Dr. Bawumia praised the president’s leadership, particularly in transforming key sectors of the economy. He expressed confidence that history would celebrate Akufo-Addo’s achievements, especially for the lasting benefits his policies have provided to Ghanaians.

We are eternally grateful,” Dr. Bawumia stated, underscoring the profound impact of Akufo-Addo’s leadership.


The Vice President highlighted several key accomplishments of the Akufo-Addo administration, including significant advancements in infrastructure, healthcare, education, and digitalization. He pointed to flagship programs such as the Free Senior High School initiative, the One District One Factory policy, and the implementation of the digital addressing system as transformative measures that have improved the lives of millions.
