The Chairman of the NPP Coventry Chapter, Joseph Dwamena, has appealed to delegates participating in the party’s primaries to uphold discipline, maturity, and mutual respect throughout the process, while voting for a candidate capable of leading the New Patriotic Party to victory in the 2028 general elections.
In a statement ahead of the primaries, Mr. Dwamena emphasized that the exercise should be guided by the long-term interest of the party rather than personal preferences, urging delegates to make a decision that strengthens the NPP’s chances in the next national polls.
He further called on party members to put aside all differences once the primaries are concluded and rally behind the eventual flagbearer. According to him, unity and collective effort will be key to securing success in 2028.
“Unity remains our greatest asset, and with a united front, victory in 2028 is achievable,” he stated.
Mr. Dwamena concluded by wishing the party well as it heads into the primaries, adding, “May God bless the NPP as we take this important step toward our future.”
